LYDFORD STATION STABLES WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS
Points will be awarded to all combinations placed 1st to 8th at any of our shows from 1st October 2011 to the 31st March
2012. The combination with the most points in each category will receive an award. We will also be giving a special award to
the Veteran Horse (16 years and over on 1st October 2011)
gaining the most points, Super Veteran Horse (25 years
and over on 1st October 2011) and the Junior Rider (16
years and under on 1st October 2011) gaining the most points. All these trophies and awards will be handed out at our first
show in April 2012.

LYDFORD STATION STABLES WINTER CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS 2011
We will be holding a champion of champions class in March 2012 to find our Winter Champion of Champions. All Supreme Champions and Reserve Supreme Champions at each of our shows from 1st October 2011 to 25th March 2012 will be invited back to the championships listed below. Entry is free. No rosettes to be worn for these championships.
We are also inviting back the winner of our Summer 2011 Challenge Shield to challenge the 2012 Winter Champion of Champions
Junior Champions - To come back on 12th February 2012

Open Championship - To come back on 18th March 2012
In Hand Championship - To come back on 25th March 2012
LYDFORD STATION STABLES WINTER JUMPING LEAGUE
The two highest placed competitors in each class not already qualified will qualify for the finals in March 2012. We will also be awarding separate trophies to the Rider with the Most Clear Rounds, Horse with the Most Clear Rounds, Best Junior Rider, Rider with the Best Jumping Style, Rider with the Most Points and Horse with the Most Points (points will be awarded per placing in each class entered - Results so far

We will also be awarding separate trophies to the Rider with the Highest Score, Horse with the Highest Score, Best Junior Rider (16 years and under on 1st April 2011), Best Senior Rider (35 years and over on 1st April 2011), Best Veteran Horse (15 years and over on 1st April 2011), Super Veteran Horse (25 years and over on 1st April 2011) and Combination with the Highest Accumulative Score. A big thank you to everyone. We raised £410.98 for Wingletang Dog and Cat Rescue from donations for tea and coffee in 2009. In 2010 you donated £541.23.

A fun day where you get to look after a pony
The day will include stable management and riding. The usual programme is:
You will need a packed lunch and suitable clothing - loose trousers, shoes with a small heel and hard sole, a top with sleeves. Riding hats can be provided
