We now have some rosé veal for sale. Click here for list of prices.
Our rosé veal is from Jersey bull calves from our local dairy farm. They are kept indoors until they are of a sufficient age and the weather is good enough for them to go out. We feed them a diet of milk (until they are weaned), haylage, calf feed and vegetables and bed them on straw. They have 24 hour access to roughage. We sell free range hen eggs at 95p/half dozen and duck eggs at £1.20/half dozen (when available).
